COMMANDMENTS

  1. To be the best, we have to constantly push the envelope on what we're the best at. Don't ever get comfortable.
  2. Stay in tune with the Marketplace, what it wants, what it needs, and what the best delivery system is.
  3. Evaluate where we've been, what we've done, and how we can improve in order to fulfill where we're going.
  4. Attract like-minded Team Members who fit our Culture and can help sustain and re-energize it.
  5. Remember our roots; patriotism and democracy founded our country.
  6. Be Professional and respectful of other people's cultures, beliefs, and experience levels because it's the right thing to do, even if no one is watching.
  7. Encourage diversity; everyone has a right to their own beliefs and a right to express their beliefs in the privacy of their own homes on their own time.
  8. Be prepared for the best and worst case scenario, always have more then one back-up plan.
  9. Don't get so lost in the weeds that we forget the forest (or vice-versa).
  10. Pay homage to great stories by ensuring that there is always a platform for those stories to be told.
  11. Promote balance, a balanced Team Member strengthens the Team, by establishing a harmonious fun work place that supports and encourages overall well being and provides tools that assist in personal and professional development.
  12. Cultivate support and respect, and further growth by promoting cross training across all the departments and companies around the globe.
  13. Enjoy the journey, remember to relax and have fun.
  14. Shed light on the weak and forgotten people and causes to support, educate, and encourage action from others.
