We're currently on the look-out for new Team Members who want to help us build and work at a one-of-a-kind Entertainment Studio. We're looking for those who want to help support our awesome endeavors, and be a part of a uniquely exciting opportunity!

THE NITTY GRITTY ON THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
To be upfront, we're looking for very specific Team Members that believe in what we're doing, fit our groove, and meet our requirements.
Potential Team Members (aka PTM) will go through a vigorous screening process, or Phases of Selection, starting with Phase ONE, the Questionnaire Form. Each PTM (Potential Team Member) must pass each Phase before passing on to the next Phase, that will include but is not limited to the following:
- Questionnaire Form
- Potential Background Check
- Testing Specific to Job Classification
(example: artists will be required to submit specific sketches from specific formats that relate to company interests/projects) - Telephone Interview
- Reference Check
- Face-to-Face Interview
THE DISCLAIMER OF WHAT WE EXPECT
Here's that list of things, that we'd best put in here, so we know you know, and you know that we know that you know that we know we told you.
You will be required to
- Potentially start as an Independent Contractor (and all that that entails)
- Sign a Confidentiality Agreement
- Sign a Work Agreement that will state that the Company will own and control all rights for any/all work you generate for company projects while working with the company.
- Adhere to Company Policies, including the protection of Confidential Company Information.
- All hard copy work, on Company Projects, in any form (doodles, sketches in any form, notes, etc) will owned by the Company and will be required to be routinely turned over to the Company
- You may be be required to routinely submit, where applicable, both completed and rough work illustrations in digital media format (CD, DVD) to us, perform routine back-ups of all artwork generated. Work within specific Deadlines
- Be Reviewed regularly on your performance, attitude, teamwork, communication skills, etc.
All PTM (Potential Team Members) applying must own their own personal working computer (that is not shared with anyone else), have high speed internet access, printer, CD & DVD Writer, Personal Firewall, Latest Anti-Virus, and have their own personal email address (that is not shared with anyone else).
All Artists, Digital Animators, Digital Visual Effects and other specialty fields must own working equipment specific to their field (i.e. specific software, Computer that can handle large volumes of information at high speeds, Back-up hardware and software).
Sorry but due to the potential level of response, individuals will be automatically removed from consideration if they do not follow the Directions.
